reading php-4.0.2/ext/oracle/oracle.c at the end of the PHP_FUNCTION(ora_parse)
one may read `
RETURN_TRUE;}`.
this contradicts to the manual, which requre 0 for "ok"
and -1 for "error".
and this leads to incompatibility of existing php3 code in php4 environment.
