So far this has been the most useless php function I've tried to use . . .
I would recomend using
header("Set-Cookie COOKIENAME=$YOURVALUE; expire=$YOURDATE; domain=$YOURDOMAIN; path=$YOURPATH;
$SECURE");
instead,it's much more reliable
