To avoid producing an error message when you use the '@' prefix AND your custom error
handling function, test the value of error_reporting() before echoing the error.
in the example above:
function userErrorHandler ($errno, $errmsg, $filename, $linenum, $vars) {
$temp=error_reporting();
//$temp=0 means you used the @ prefix
if($temp==0) return;
//Handle the error
//...
}
