I found that installation of PHP is a breeze in all manner of Windows98/ME machines. Just unzip,
put the path in php.ini & copy it to windows & put a mapping for .php in your web server of
choice.
Upon "upgrading" to XP it refuses to load the isapi DLL. Heck, even if I right-click the
.dll it refuses to load. It looks as if it's not compatible.
