There's a problem when encoding or decoding stuff with percentage signs in it. If you have for
instance this pretty common mySQL query string : <br><br>
SELECT * FROM myTable WHERE myField LIKE "%Berlin%"<br><br>
it will get converted into
SELECT%20*%20FROM%20myTable%20WHERE%20myField%20LIKE%20%22%25Berlin%25%22<br><br>
after decoding it again, the "%Berlin%" part gets fubar'd into<br><br>
"¾rlin%"<br><br> (I dont know what this will look like in your browser) due
to double conversion of the % sign... So far, I've found no way to solve this, except for doing
a manual search/replace on %22%25 into "% and %25%22 into %".
