people should be using this function for checking session variables instead of a simple:
if(!$access_allowed), in this case, if register_globals is turned on.
people can change the $access_allowed=1 from the url string. dunno how many times i seen people
doing this. bad practice.
use is(!session_is_registered("access_allowed")) instead.
