ICQ give the following link:
<img src="http://web.icq.com/whitepages/online?icq=123456&img=5">
which returns a GIF image
How can I create a GIF from this url?
It seems that:
$file = fread(fopen($path, "r"), filesize($path));
does not work with such a url...
thanks!!!
