I am running into a problem with use of header() to redirect to a URL after completing login. I
have enabled sessions.
After completing login against a database, a session variable is set in the login script. When I
use a href link to go to a secure page, the session variable is carried across and the secure page
is viewable.
If i try to redirect to the same page with header("location: <page>.php") the
session variable is not passed through, and I am directed back to the login page (the way my script
is setup to do).
What am I doing wrong?
I am not writing cookies. The environment is PHP on windows 2000 professional with IE5.5.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
