note 17776 added to function.session-write-close

Hint: I experienced problems with PHP 4.0.4pl1 under WinNT when registering a session variable that had to be unset under certain circumstances. Wenn re-starting the session on the next request, the variable would still hold the old value. This might be a bug or just an undocumented misbehaviour.
