Im passing through an ID to another page where you could see more information. The ID is a number.
The full url path can be seen in the address bar. Im trying to pass only a number through. If users
type in a character in the url for the ID, the scripts exit();'s. Ive used the get_type()
function to determine what type of varible it is. But i seem to get STRING for both a number and a
character.
im passing a parameter through like below:
blah.php?id=32
im trying to prevent users from putting parameters like:
blah.php?id=raj
Im using the numbers to query the database not the characters.
Any options or tricks some one would like to share please.
