Just got Php 3.0.14/Apache 1.3.9/Windows 2000 Professional running..had the problem of "No
Input File Sepecified"..to fix this..I went into the CONF directory of the Apache installation
and in the HTTPD.CONF file I added:

ScriptAlias /php3/ "F:/Program Files/Php3/"
AddType application/x-httpd-php3 .php3
AddType application/x-httpd-php3 .php3
</PRE>
You then copy the PHP3.INI file into your Windows directory..\winnt in my case. Make **SURE** to
leave the DOC_ROOT and USER_DIR variables completely empty. Now you can leave your web files under
the USERS directory under Apache or wherever you want(be sure to specify this in the httpd.conf
file) and you should be all set..Regards
