To install as isapi module:
1. Install OmniHttpd.
2. Extract php to c:\php
3. Copy c:\php\php4ts.dll to c:\windows\system
4. Go to "Properties" > "Web Server Global Setup..."
5. On the "External" tab have an entry with:
Virtual = .php | Actual = c:\php\sapi\php4isapi.dll
6. On the "MIME" tab have an entry with:
Virtual = wwwserver/isapi | Actual = .php
It should now work. On first php request, the server takes a second or two to load the module. After
that, scripts run very quickly.
