The INSTALL file neglects to say in its VERBOSE INSTALL part that the user has to copy the
php.ini-dist to php.ini in the directory /usr/local/lib/ as it said in its QUICK INSTALL part. The
verbose install part of the INSTALL file should at least be as detailed as the quick install part.
