Unfortunately specifying that the configure command needs to contain
--with-mysql=/path/to/mysql
doesn't tell me everything. Path to what, exactly? The libraries? The include files? The
binaries? In RedHat they're all over the place, and I haven't yet figured out which files
it wants...frustrating.
