For the record, the above comment regarding readfile and binary files on the Win32 platform
apparently does not apply to PHP 4.05. I just upgraded from PHP 4.0.4pl1 and 4.05 does NOT exhibit
the binary file behavior that I observed in 4.0.4pl1.
