include_once is sensitive to file format using php 4.06 on Mac OS X.1 (the apple-included version).
If line endings are not Unix, PHP throws an error, although the same script omitting the
include_once() statement works fine.
The error is thrown sometimes on the line, sometimes before, sometimes after the problem.
