note 17991 added to install.apache

I have a little problem. I try to configure apache using this command: ./configure --with-mysql --with-apache=/usr/local/apache/include --enable-track-vars It seems to go well, but then I get presented this error: configure: error: Invalid Apache directory - unable to find httpd.h under /usr/local/apache/include But httpd.h does exist in the /usr/local/apache/include directory. Does someone know what I`m doing wrong here?
