note 18195 added to function.session-cache-limiter

To continue the discussion about M$ IE 5.5 SSL-cache problem, i have to add that this problem also occurs with all 5.x version of IE and according to Microsoft also with IE 4.0 for NT 4.0. I was unable to get by this problem with *ONLY* this cache trick, i had to also go to IE's Options and check "Do not save pages to disk" or something like that in the SSL-section and then i was able to save files to disk but automatic opening doesn't work because IE ignores mime-types...
