Seems session w/ cookies in php4.0.3pl1 is busted a bit - HTTP_COOKIE_VARS wasnt getting PHPSESSID,
and the sess_$PHPSESSID vars were being recreated everytime.
this is *FIXED* in cvs (PHP Version 4.0.4-dev)
