the note to hide include files is good but
it is done wrong.
the propper way is:
<Files ~ "\.inc$">
Order allow,deny
Deny from all
</Files>
otherwise people could not access files named "fooincluded" or "foo.include" or
anything with the letters i-n-c in it.
