To pass variables from one PHP script to another you can try to send them when calling the script.
eg.
In frame1.php, call frame2.php?fvar1=value and get sure you update frame2 everytime frame1 variable
$fvar1 changes (if it does).
If you get sure frame1.php is always loaded and then it calls frame2.php for frame 2, you can make
those variables available there...
