I had a problem with the ordering of array elements from a form...
Seems that "arr[0]" in the form only becomes $arr[0] in PHP if it is the first
"arr[*]"-element of the form. I had "arr[1]" and "arr[2]" before
"arr[0]" - resulting in arr[1] becoming $arr[0], arr[2] becoming $arr[1] and arr[0]
becoming $arr[2]... :(
Seems that only associative array indices work?
