easy &basic way to template-ize a site:
<html>
<?php
require("$TEMPLATE_DIR/pages.header.inc");
?>
<body>
<?php require("content.inc");?>
</body>
</html>
...etc.
== uniform site-wide look&feel , with modifying only one or two template sheets. kind of like
CSS, but better.
(for static content, or after you've got things settled enough, just try command-line
processing the files, or running wget across the static-content sections. 'make' is an
option, too. (or 'cook', 'cake', ...))
and take note of the suggestion someone made about the apache <Files ~ ".inc">
directive !
