Note: If your client is trying to upload binary files and they aren't coming through, make sure
the client has its MIME types set for application/octet-stream!<P>
I was trying to allow people to upload MP3 files - and they all came through corrupted. Debugging, I
noticed the mime-type field was blank. I then set the mime type on the client side, and then things
worked. I wish there was a way to force the client to send the damn file in binary all the time.
