The manual text on HTTP PUT handling gives a short example:
<? copy($PHP_UPLOADED_FILE_NAME,$DOCUMENT_ROOT.$REQUEST_URI); ?>
This is wrong, as can be seen later on in the same text, the name of the temporary file created by
PHP is: $PHP_PUT_FILENAME.
