I was just wondering. I'm using mktime() to keep a timestamp without a using a date. So I
needed the month, day, year fields as zero. Whow this is both 1-1-1970 and 31-11-1999.
So i'm now using 1-1-1970 instead of 0-0-0, but it would be nice for the function to allow
0-0-0 as 1-1-1970 instead if -1.
Just my 2 cents.
