The problem with setting cookies with PHP4 is fundamentally a time difference between the server and
the client that I'm noticing. If I set a cookie with an expiration time, the server
doesn't take into account any difference between the server's time and the client's
time, thus, if the server is 10 minutes ahead and you set the cookie to expire in 10 minutes, it may
take 20 minutes for the cookie to actually go away on the client side. Can anyone confirm this
finding?
