If you define a session variable, and then unset() it, that variable is no longer a session
variable.
For example:
<?
echo $foo
session_register('foo');
unset($foo);
$foo='three';
echo "<a href=thispage.php>click here</A>";
?>
when you click on the link, foo will still have no value.
