I found that if the file upload name is an array, like userfile[3], then the information about the
file is stored in the variables:
$HTTP_POST_FILES[userfile][name][3]
$HTTP_POST_FILES[userfile][size][3]
$HTTP_POST_FILES[userfile][type][3]
and not in
$HTTP_POST_FILES[userfile][3][name],etc
as I expected.
$userfile[3]_name or ${userfile[3]_name} causes a parse error.
