I've been trying to use a 404 header in my script under certain conditions - and while the
header is being sent (I double-checked with wget), It won't pull up my custom 404 error page.
(even though the custom 404 works fine when typing in a malformed uri into the address bar)
Has anyone tried this before? If so, are there any common pitfalls to be aware of?
