On the Windows platform, be careful to escape any backslashes used in the path to the file, or use
forward slashes.
Try following code:
$RootPath = getcwd () ;
move_uploaded_file($HTTP_POST_FILES
['userfile']['tmp_name'],
$RootPath."\\upload\\".$HTTP_POST_FILES
['userfile']['name']);
