i'm trying to compile php-4.1.1 and apache 1.3.23 on a semi-stock rh72 box.
If I compile without --with-imap and --with-imap-ssl php compiles fine, apache compiles fine,
everything works.
Once I introduce imap (which I need) configure tells me I must also use ssl due to the features of
c-client.
I have both rpms installed:
imap imap-2000c-15
imap-devel-2000c-15
However, anytime I configure with with imap line in the configure statement I'm told
"something must be wrong".
Should I be specifying paths after the --with-imap=??? and sss=??? fields on the configure line? If
so, paths to what? The directions say to openssl. I've seen examples pointing to /usr, which
makes very little sense.
This is really poorly documented. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks much!
