note 18939 added to function.imagecopyresampled

replay to the "nice alternative" post (the bicubic function in php, not in C) the function works great under linux, but i get errors under windows 2000. the parser reports me "Warning: Color index out of range" in the line "$colors = ImageColorsForIndex ($src_img, $i);" i don't know why this error occures because under linux there's no prob...
