note 18967 added to function.session-set-save-handler

the session_write() function fails if you output anything even to a file. that is, if you call "echo" or "fwrite" anywhere inside of the session_write function, it fails for some reason. i tried like the documentation says to debug data to a file instead of to the screen and it was still causing the write function to fail. I hope this saves someone time or someone knows what I am doing wrong.
