note 19098 added to function.require-once

As stated in the above two posts, you can also use this method in the Apache httpd.conf file. you can add this to your default setup and then add it to customize each virtual host block. php_admin_value include_path .:/var/www/domain when you do this you can make the path anything you want. make sure you don't use an " = " sign. it will break things. :) Hope this helps someone.
