note 19121 rejected from function.mail by zak

Just wanted to ask. Sendin' email, I do such as:
mail($addr,"Mailing list - $subj", $text1, "From: $email\r\nTo: $addr",
"-f$email");
But it only shows email in "To", and doesn't show subject...
What can I do?
