It seems than OCIFetchInto(...) returns a 0 based index, and no a 1 based index variable as said in
the manual
Example;
$sql="select field1, field2 from table1";
$cur=OCIParse($conn, $sql);
OCIExecute($cur);
OCIFetchInto($cur, &$res);
so $res[0] contains field1, and $res[1] contains field2
