Note that get_meta_tags() returns case sensitive names and that the webmaster may not always use
lowercase names in the HTML code... PHP does not lowercase the name. Like for
<meta name="Keywords" content="blah">
$tags = get_meta_tags( ... );
echo "Empty: " . $tags["KEYWORDS"];
echo "Empty: " . $tags["keywords"];
echo "Keywords: " . $tags["Keywords"];
