note 19506 added to function.imap-fetchbody

Anybody knows why when forwarding a message as attachment from MSOutlook, the parts array counts to 1 part (the whole message), but to retrieve the sub-parts of that message if you use X.1.1 as the part number you get nothing, you need to use X.1 or X.2 and you get the part.
