Observations current as of php-4.1.2.
The first eight arguments to ImageFtText are the same as for ImageTTFText.
The final argument is an associative array, and is not optional. It is necessary to pass an empty
array (i.e. array()) if you don't want to pass any extra info to the function.
Currently the only extra info accepted via this mechanism is a value to control line spacing for
multi-line strings. This is done by passing an array with "linespacing" as the key and a
number as the value. The number may be a decimal value, and is the proportion of the
'normal' line spacing which should apply to the block of text.
Example:
ImageFtText ($im, 20, 0, 10, 20,
$black, $fontfile,
"test \r\ntest \r\ntest",
array("linespacing" => 0.5));
generates a block of text with half the normal line spacing.
