Just a comment:
Some of the usual ncurses functions have been given a new name for the purposes of this library.
Also many of the constants are not currently available such as A_BOLD. Another comment on the
constants, especially the attribute modifying ones, is that in normal ncurses you can or the
parmater to addch with the attribute like... addch( aChar | A_BOLD ) but in this library the value
of A_BOLD (if it is the same as is defined in the ncurses C library) needs to be shifted left an
additional 8 bits to properly modifiy the attribute. The same is true of the other A_* attributes...
A_UNDERLINE, A_DIM, yadda yadda. Cheers and beers.
