move_uploaded_file(...) doesn't seem to work anymore for me.
$_FILES['photo']['tmp_name'] has "/tmp/phpsomefile".. /tmp/ has
drwxrwxrwx permissions.. same with the destination directory. I don't get any errors, but the
file disappears.
