note 19818 added to function.msql-numrows

Sorry, in the comment above I wrote 'mysql_num...', where I should have written 'msql_num...'. We must remember that 'msql_...' functions are different than the 'mysql_...' ones, since they work with different database manager systems. In the comment of Dennis@technolink.nl (05-Mar-2002), he has the same error too.
