Such functions (as fopen, fread, fseek and so many) are basics... but I need to know (and please
help me) how they run:
For an exemple, if I have an important file (>=5Mb) located on my FTP, will PHP load all the file
(which would be too long !) or open the file and wait for reading from the current position in the
file (the first byte by default) ?
Please send me answer ! Thanks. NM.
