One more thing about returning Acrobat .pdf data: A good trick to make IE actually display your
dynamically generated pdf is to make it think your file has a .pdf extension by using you .php
script as a directory, e.g.
http://yourserver.com/generatepdf.php/doc.pdf
Also, specify application/pdf as content-type using header() - then your pdf will be shown inside
the browser window.
