until this feature gets added into php proper you can simulate it with a function of your own.
for example if you wanted to use: $arr2 = array_map ("rawurlencode", $arr1);
you could use: $arr2 = encode ($arr1);
and define:
function encode ($stuff)
{
while (list ($key, $val) = each ($stuff))
{
$stuff2[$key] = rawurlencode ($val);
}
return $stuff2;
}
