I'ts really stupid that I cannot open to different connections to a sybase server using
sybase_connect. There are reasonable situations where I need two connections with the same
connection parameters. For example I need one connection with short transactions to get Id's
from an Id table, and I need another connection for a complex and one-block transaction of several
statements into the database.
