odbc_columns does not work in all situations!
If any query is performed on the connection_id prior to the call to odbc_columns, the returned
result is empty. Freeing this (empty) resultset with odbc_free_result() will crash php completely.
Tested on Php 4.1.1/Win2K/WinXP, using ODBC to Access and MSSQL2K.
