I'm looking to use this option to set the ApplicationID that is sent to the server. I would
like to do this so I can write different mappings on the server, so different PHP scripts have write
access to the db. Can anyone help?
I have tried:
odbc_setoption ($conn, 1, 1053, "PHP");
But I receive this error:
Warning: SQL error: [OpenLink][ODBC][Driver]Option type out of range, SQL state S1092 in
SetConnectOption in
I know the driver supports this option, because Windows clients send ApplicationID's just fine.
My PHP scripts send nothing:
20:25:28 connectopts= user=bruceg opsys=unix machine=linux.server application=
Any help is appreciated.
