Simple way to encrypt a password using htpasswd.exe.
$anyname="/path/htpasswd -nb $username $password";
$somename=exec($anyname);
eg.For windows
$command="c:\apache\bin\htpasswd.exe -nb $username $password";
$encrypt=exec($command);
